Gesture (70º East) New Day Rising – performance event

As part of Steven Rhall’s Gesture (70º East) New Day Rising, the artist and collaborators will respond to Rhall’s work, within the work itself. Using a range of 'gestures within a gesture', this performance event carries out spatial and bodily interrogations bringing us to a 'beyond time'. Inclusive of a spoken response by Wiradjuri writer and futurist imagineer Hannah Donnelly, the artist himself, Sarah Rudledge, Marcel Feillafe and Kate Ten Buuren undertake a physical embodiment of the work.
